Following his €103 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund to the Bernabeu in the summer, the older Bellingham brother has scored 16 goals in 19 games.

Jobe, the younger brother, has had a more modest career trajectory thus far. In the summer, he traded his hometown team of Birmingham for Sunderland for a mere £1.55 million (€1.8 million).

Despite this, he has made an impression at the Stadium of Light, where his all-around midfield play has been complemented by four goals and an assist from his 21 Championship appearances. Real Madrid is now reportedly interested in signing him.

“Real Madrid is keeping a close eye on him,” Alejandro Alcazar of Sport writes. “Like his brother, he has a broad head on youthful shoulders, and the Premier League’s biggest teams have taken note of his quick development.

To take a cue from Madrid?

“In Madrid, there is an understanding that he would be difficult to acquire later if he were to be allowed to move to a Premier League club first.”

Jude had been the Reds’ top transfer target, and Jobe had previously been linked to a move to the club.

Following their separation, mother Denise followed Jude to Germany and subsequently Spain, while father Mark Bellingham lived with Jobe in England.

The younger brother obviously believes he could be a good fit for the position, and Jude’s presence at Real would undoubtedly be advantageous in their hopes of signing Jobe.

He recently declared, “I know how to find space in the area.” “I can play a variety of positions and learn new things with my skill set. That will help me in my professional life.”

Jude recently stated that he could see himself staying at Real for the ensuing ten years. Though it will take a while for his brother to join him in the Spanish capital, keep an eye on this.
