SHOCKING NEWS: coming from Fabrizio Romano Amazing reader set to reject Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona to complete DREAM Real Madrid transfer. According to the report, Los Blancos opened talks with Reading this week and are looking to sign the sensational young star in the January window. If their pursuit is successful, then he will join their Castilla side until he is ready to make the step up to first-team action. Jude Bellingham is the main man behind this transfer as he has identified the player as next Aguero.

According to reports, Real Madrid is going to sign Reading's Caylan Vickers before Arsenal does. Celtic and Leicester City are also reportedly interested in signing the young player.

Vickers, who is only eighteen years old, has already made an impact on the League One team this season, with three goals in his 18 appearances.

Despite his ability to play across the forward line, the teenager primarily plays as a center-forward. Since making his senior debut, some of the biggest clubs in Europe have taken notice of him.

Vickers’ goal against Arsenal’s U21 team in the EFL Trophy in mid-November put him on the team’s radar for the first time, as Reading won 5-2.

This season, scouts from Leicester, Celtic, and Norwich have also visited Vickers’ playing fields; however, according to The Sun, Real Madrid is expected to emerge victorious in the race to sign him.

As per the report, Los Blancos initiated negotiations with Reading this week and intend to sign Vickers during the January transfer window. If they are successful in their pursuit, he will play for their Castilla team until he is prepared to move up to the first team.

Additionally, it has been reported that Reading is seeking a fee of £1 million in order to approve the sale of Vickers in an effort to raise money after a challenging run on the pitch.

They currently share the same number of points as the bottom-of-the-table Cheltenham Town, sitting in 23rd place in League One.

Vickers to get out of Reading?
Despite being a forward, Vickers is not likely to fill the void left by Karim Benzema right away.

Although Brazilian wonderkid Endrick is a more like-for-like replacement for Benzema and will join the team from Palmeiras in 2024, Jude Bellingham has essentially replaced the Frenchman this season.

Vickers made his first-team debut against Peterborough United a month after signing his first professional contract with Reading in July.
