DEVASTATING NEWS: coming from a reliable source in Santiago Bernabeu there’s an ongoing dispute on whether Kylian Mbappe should join the club or not. The board and Madrid’s coach Ancelotti are in the motion that Mbappe should not be brought to Madrid but instead the club should invest the time and money in bringing man City striker Erling Haaland to Madrid instead.

Kylian Mbappé’s future will take centre stage during the January transfer window. When 2024 rolls around, the 24-year-old can sign a pre-contract.

It is said that Real Madrid will be considered. The Spanish powerhouses have established a deadline, though, probably because they don’t want this story to continue into the second half of the 2023–24 campaign.

Is Erling Haaland a better option for Real Madrid than Kylian Mbappé?
Alfonso Pérez Muñoz, a former striker for Real Madrid, offered his opinion on what Los Blancos ought to do with Mbappé. If Muñoz had to choose between him and Erling Haaland of Manchester City, he wouldn’t pick the Frenchman even though he would be the superstar that the Spanish team loves to have.

“Due to Madrid’s required profile, if I had to choose only one, it would be Haaland,” Muñoz remarked (via Le10Sport). “They have Vinicius and Rodrygo in this position, but I believe Mbappé to be the best player in the world.”

“Aside from Joselu, though, I would have signed a striker. Although Bellingham, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Brahim, and Joselu fill the void left by the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, I still adore Karim Benzema and think his years at Real Madrid have been amazing.

It also doesn’t seem likely that the PSG player’s agents will be persuaded to make a decision about his future based on a deadline that the La Liga team has established. In the unlikely event that PSG makes it to the UEFA Champions League knockout round, Mbappé is unlikely to make a decision while competing.
