Although Bremer’s current contract includes a release clause of €60 million that is slated to activate in June 2025, Manchester United is reportedly willing to meet the same valuation this summer.

This proposed deal would reportedly align with Juventus’s plans, as they could utilize a portion of the transfer fee (€30 million) towards acquiring Bologna’s centre-back, Riccardo Calafiori.

Bremer’s potential arrival at Manchester United would undoubtedly be a significant acquisition. The former Torino player has established himself as one of Serie A’s top central defenders and recently extended his contract with Juventus until June 2028. However, amidst speculation surrounding his departure this summer, it is suggested that Juventus may need to offload a high-profile player to maintain financial stability.

Particularly, Bremer is not renowned for his ball-playing abilities, as evidenced by his average of only 45 passes per appearance with an accuracy rate of approximately 86 percent.

Given these considerations, there are reservations about pursuing a move for the 27-year-old, with some preferring Manchester United to pursue Sporting’s Ousmane Diomande instead.
