Barcelona’s Director of Football, Deco, has addressed speculations about Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp potentially succeeding Xavi Hernandez next season. Both Klopp and Xavi will be departing their respective clubs at the end of the current season. Klopp surprised the football world with his decision to leave Liverpool after nine years, citing a need to step away from management due to waning energy. Following Klopp’s announcement, Xavi also declared his departure from the Barcelona managerial position.
Despite rumors linking Klopp to a possible move to Camp Nou, Deco has refrained from providing explicit comments on the matter, acknowledging Klopp as a top coach but emphasizing that discussions about the future head coach will occur later.
