BREAKING NEWS: “I love this club but it’s time for me to leave. I have been treated like a flop and it’s not fair. At least in the Spanish League I’ll get to play good football” – Two significant Spanish League teams are competing to acquire a well-known player for a whooping €60 million who’s currently at Chelsea. Chelsea sensational player has hand in a transfer request after his game time had been limited.

We were a little shocked when Chelsea signed Noni Madueke in January of last year. Winger wasn’t one of the positions we needed to fill.

Considering that we signed Mykhailo Mudryk concurrently, it appeared excessive. Although neither of them is currently the starter, Mudryk at least plays semi-regularly and gets minutes off the bench.

Madueke is no longer involved in any way, so the reports on TeamTalk that the club is considering loan or transfer offers for him as early as next month are not shocking. Chelsea doesn’t want a declining asset on their bench, and he wants playing time.

We’re not sure if we should take this specific rumour seriously; it seems more like educated speculation. If current events persist, Madueke’s departure appears certain. But as things stand, we would be lucky to recover half of the €35 million we spent on him less than a year ago.

Remember that Madueke has a very long contract with one of those players. Finding out why other teams aren’t doing that hasn’t taken long.
