SHOCKING NEWS: Fabrizio Romano has just confirmed Manchester United is ready to Rob the Bank to land £100 million England talent who has been linked to transfer to Chelsea & arsenal. Contact has already been made with the player and it’s looking positive.

Ivan Toney, a striker for Brentford, is apparently a target for Manchester United, although they may not be able to pay that asking price.

Footballwave reports that the Red Devils are eager to add another forward in January, but they may need to look at less expensive options for Toney, who might end up costing up to £100 million.

The England international has made a big impression while playing for Brentford, and according to Sky Sports and other sources, Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly considering making a move for him this winter.

Toney might provide Arsenal with a more natural goal threat than Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah provide right now, and Chelsea will undoubtedly need to replace Nicolas Jackson, a young player who has shown inconsistent play in that part of the ground.

Man United, on the other hand, are now without a goal as well, even though they paid a large number of money to bring Rasmus Hojlund to Old Trafford during the summer.

Toney, a more seasoned player, may be the perfect choice to relieve the strain on the former Atalanta player, as the Denmark international has yet to score a single league goal.

Even yet, it’s evident that Brentford is willing to pay a high price to let rid of their best player, and it’s unlikely that MUFC will spend that much on Toney.
