Following Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano, Jude Bellingham’s shoulder injury will be assessed.

Real Madrid, under the direction of Carlo Ancelotti, put on a poor performance and lost their home match against their city rivals.

Bellingham played the whole ninety minutes, but clearly had a shoulder issue because of the heavy bracing he had on his left arm and chest after the game.

The 20-year-old will be evaluated before a decision is made about his availability for Real Madrid’s next Champions League match against Braga, manager Ancelotti confirmed.

Ancelotti said, “[Jude] Bellingham is dealing with a shoulder issue.” “Medical tests will be conducted tomorrow, and I am hopeful that he will be able to participate in Wednesday’s match against Braga.”

For Ancelotti’s team, any injury to Bellingham would be a major setback.

The 20-year-old has been outstanding since moving from Borussia Dortmund to the Spanish capital this summer, netting 10 goals in the league while playing at an advanced position.

Bellingham was named the greatest player under the age of twenty-one (21), and he was awarded the Kopa Trophy at the Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris just last week.

The midfielder proudly showed off his prize before the Santiago Bernabeu game began, but he was unable to stop his club from losing at home.

Surprisingly, Girona, who are owned by the City Football Group, are now leading La Liga after 12 games with a two-point advantage over Real Madrid.

Barcelona defeated Real Sociedad in the final minute on Saturday, but they are now two points behind in third place.
