Chelsea value Casadei at around £16.9 million, and if Napoli agrees with this valuation, and Lukaku’s inclusion offsets a substantial part of Osimhen’s £84.6 million fee, Chelsea could move closer to a more manageable deal for the 25-year-old striker.
