DEVASTATING NEWS: coming from Fabrizio Romano, Old Trafford on fire after sir Jim Ratcliffe lashes out on man united star in clubs dressing room. “HE Needs the leave my Club in Summer with immediate effect I don’t want to see them any longer – man united co-owner sir Jim Ratcliffe has instructed Erik ten hag to get Rid of FLOP player after Manchester United loss to arsenal. According to reports club owner not happy with star after his terrible performance against arsenal in the Premier League.
Rio Ferdinand has strongly criticized Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag for deploying midfielder Casemiro in defense and has advised against continuing to do so.
In Sunday’s 1-0 home loss to Arsenal, Casemiro was positioned at center-back alongside Jonny Evans as the Red Devils grappled with a defensive injury crisis, missing key players like Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Raphael Varane, Viktor Lindelof, and Tyrell Malacia.
Ferdinand contends that Casemiro is ill-suited for the defensive role and suggests alternatives like Aaron Wan-Bissaka or Sofyan Amrabat. He expressed his views on his YouTube channel following United’s defeat to Arsenal.
“Why doesn’t Erik ten Hag take Casemiro out of the back line?” Ferdinand questioned. “Why can’t Sofyan Amrabat play there? Or Scott McTominay? I just don’t think it’s fair.”
“If you notice mistakes from someone playing in an unfamiliar position early on, you should reconsider,” Ferdinand continued. “I don’t care how experienced he is. Move him out and let him return to his natural position. Play Aaron Wan-Bissaka there.”
He further proposed Wan-Bissaka at center-back and Amrabat at right-back as the most logical solution. Ferdinand criticized the team’s lack of coaching and creativity, highlighting deficiencies in decision-making and quality in the attacking phase.
United’s season has been marred by disappointments, losing 19 games across all competitions, their highest since 1977-78. The nine defeats at Old Trafford equal their most in a single season, while conceding 82 goals marks their highest since 1970-71.
Ten Hag faces immense pressure, evident in his terse response to a journalist after United’s defeat to Arsenal.
