In his column for the BBC, Sutton boldly predicted Liverpool’s victory over the reigning Premier League champions at Anfield, emphasizing the home advantage and Mohamed Salah’s potential impact upon his return from injury. Sutton stated, “City are the Premier League champions, European champions and world champions… so who is going to write them off? I am.” His intuition leans towards Liverpool edging out City, with Darwin Nunez tipped to score in a Reds’ win.
